SHIPPED ORDERS: Returnable items must be returned to the home office within 10 days of the date received, items must have tags still attached, be unworn, unwashed and free of any odor, pet hair, or stains.) Customer is responsible for the postage for returned items. Please notify home office of tracking info, and please let us know when your package is expected to arrive back to home office.
LOCAL ORDERS: Returnable items must be received within 2 days of the date received, tags must still be attached, be unworn and free of any odor, pet hair, or stains. Local orders must be picked up within 5 days of being ordered, unless you have contacted us with circumstances. If local orders are not picked up within 5 days it voids all returns, and you will be sent a shipping invoice to ship out your order. You may pick up your local orders at the store any time during store hours.
Please include packing slip with all returns. All approved returns are refunded back as store credit.
NON-Refundable or NON- Returnable items are as follows: All discounted and sale items are final sales, any makeup products, bath and body items, holiday items, bralettes, Camis, socks, handbags, shoes, upcycled items, home decor upon approval, are non-approved returns.

Items eligible for returns should be unworn, unwashed, tags still attached to items, and customers are limited to 2 returns per month. We are not able to accept items that are missing tags, that have any odor, pet hair, have been washed, worn, or any stains. All returns are subject to review if your items are not approved. The customer will be responsible for the postage of the return of the item. Items that are damaged and/or missing items should be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of date received. The customer is responsible for return and tracking.
Once we have received your return, please allow 24 hours for processing and 3-4 business days to see your store account credited back.
